Returns and Refunds Policy:
We do not offer returns or refunds for our promotional products unless the goods are faulty, have factory defects, or have been manufactured with the wrong specifications.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend doing so as quickly as possible. We can only cancel your order and offer a refund if production hasn't started yet. Please note that the Credit Card Processing fee won’t be refunded due to our CC processing system’s (Square) Policy.
Production and Shipping:
All production and shipping times are based upon the date when our discussion is taking place. Production lead time, inventory levels and shipping times may change based on the date your order is finalized. Production of your order will not begin until the proof is confirmed, purchase order received, and invoice is paid. Delays in these tasks may cause a delay in your order.
